Everyone has that friend who doesn't play in a band, but has the kind of impeccable taste that you can always trust their opinions-- the first one you play the demos for, and the one you ask how the show REALLY was. Beyond his reliable sense of what sucks and what doesn't, he has also logged about as many hours at Shea this past year than any other non-staff member. On an any given night, you can see this eligible bachelor making big contributions to the good vibes in the back of the room. It is for these reasons that he is well-qualified to present the following. The result is one of the more balanced Guest Lists to date-- equal doses of excerpts from milestone shows as well as perhaps the most democratic representation of bands that make and have made up the core foundation of the venue over the years.
