Unless you've been living under a soundproof rock (or maybe outside of the tri-state) chances are you're pretty familiar with Boston outfit Krill. They've been at it for years, perfecting their own bit of personal, weirdo rock and have made more than a few stops to our humble abode here in Brooklyn.

Unsurprisingly, the guest playlist Krill compiled for us has a strong Northeastern bent (excluding Illinois skald Ezra Furman), and much like the band itself, isn't adverse to letting the weirdness shine through. Avant-punks Cloud Becomes Your Hand & proto-Speedy Ortiz band Quilty make appearances, as well as more than a few members of that illustrious Exploding In Sound crew. The playlist is fairly eclectic and at over an hour should provide you plenty of excellent listening, fit for a Krill. -LC
